Marek makes sure you always have a bike at hand
Marek has been working at Cryptoreporter for 4 years. Every morning at 6:30 AM he checks the map of our 47 stations in Łódź. If he sees that free wheels are missing on Piotrkowska, he sends a service crew there in less than 12 minutes. He doesn't like waffle and empty promises. For him, what matters is that you can rent a bike with a city card without searching for a working lock for fifteen minutes.
Previously he handled transport for a small courier company in Bałuty. There he learned how to skip traffic at Manufaktura and which shortcuts actually cut travel time. Thanks to his work, our bikes don't stand broken for weeks. The average repair time for a fault reported via the app is 3.2 hours with us. Marek himself often gets on a service bike to check the state of tires or brakes at Widzew stations.
- Distributing the fleet of 142 vehicles according to morning and evening demand.
- Supervision of the technical condition of 47 docking stations citywide.
- Training 4 new field technicians who care for your safety.
- Quick response to contactless payment system failures.
He can be stubborn regarding spare parts quality. He only chooses components that will withstand riding on Łódź holes and curbs. He believes a bike ready in a minute is not a luxury, but a right of every resident of Łódź. If you meet him at the station on Kościuszki, he is probably checking if every Migawka card correctly opens the lock.
Privately Marek is a fan of old mechanics, but at Cryptoreporter he bets on concrete system data. In his opinion, skipping traffic on Piotrkowska is the best way to start the day. He works so that you don't have to wonder if a functional two-wheeler awaits at your stop. Pay and ride – that's his simple rule he sticks to every day.
