Questions from Łódź routes
Before writing to us, check the answers to the most common concerns of our users. We've collected specific info about the Migawka, payments, and service here.
Do I need to install a special app?
Not necessary. Cryptoreporter works with a regular city card (Migawka) or contactless with a payment card. You walk up to the terminal, tap the card, and the bike is yours in about 14 seconds. It couldn't be simpler.
Where can I find the map of all 47 stations?
The map is on our homepage, but stations are so dense that in the center you have a max 6-minute walk to them. Look for purple racks along the W-Z route and on Piotrkowska.
How much does the subscription for commuters cost?
The monthly plan costs 49 PLN. In this price, each first 30 minutes of every ride is for 0 PLN. If your route to the office takes a quarter hour, you basically ride for free within the fixed fee.
Do you charge a deposit upon registration?
We don't charge any deposits (honestly, we don't like it ourselves when someone freezes our cash on the account). You only pay for real riding time or a fixed subscription.
What if the bike I took has a fault?
Park it at the nearest rack and press the service button on the terminal. Our team of 7 mechanics visits all points every 48 hours, so we'll handle it quickly.
Does the system work at night?
Yes, stations operate 24/7. It's the fastest way to return from a meeting on Piotrkowska when trams run less frequently.
