Questions from Łódź routes

We've collected concrete information here on how our network of 47 stations works. No fluff about Migawka, payments, and service.

Do I need to install a special app on my phone?

Honestly, we don't like cluttering phones with unnecessary icons ourselves. Cryptoreporter works with a regular city card (Migawka) or contactless with a payment card. You walk up to the terminal, tap the card, and the bike is yours in about 14 seconds. It couldn't be simpler.

Where can I find the map of all 47 stations?

The map is on our homepage, but stations are so dense that in the center you have a max 6-minute walk to them. Look for purple racks along the W-Z route, under Manufaktura, and along the entire length of Piotrkowska.

How much does the subscription for commuters cost?

The monthly plan costs 49 PLN. In this price, each first 30 minutes of every ride is for 0 PLN. If your route to the office takes a quarter hour, you basically ride for free within the fixed fee.

What if the bike I took has a fault?

Return it to the nearest rack and press the service button on the station terminal. Our team of 7 mechanics visits all points every 48 hours, so we'll fix the fault instantly. Just take the neighboring bike and keep going.

Do you charge a deposit upon registration?

We don't charge any deposits. We don't want to freeze your 100 PLN on the account, because that's a poor solution. You only pay for real riding time or a fixed monthly subscription without any catches.

Does the system work at night and on holidays?

Yes, stations operate around the clock all year round. It's often the fastest way to get back from a meeting in the center when night buses run less frequently. Bikes have strong lighting, so you'll be well visible on the road.
