Standing in traffic on Zachodnia and watching precious minutes slip away? At Cryptoreporter, we know time is money. That's why our bikes are available immediately at 47 stations throughout Łódź. You don't have to sign any paper documents at an office. The whole process – from approaching the bike to moving off – takes an average of 85 seconds. An app or a standard payment card tapped on the station reader is enough.

A city card is enough for the system to recognize you. If you have an active Migawka, integration with our system is automatic. This is a major convenience for the 124 regular users who daily switch from the tram to two wheels to get to the office or university doors faster. Pay and ride, without unnecessary messing around and creating ten different accounts.

Clear rules and no hidden costs

You won't find fine print here. The rate is simple: you pay for each started minute of riding. If your route from Plac Wolności to Manufaktura takes 7 minutes, you pay exactly for that time. We don't charge high starting fees that make short distances unprofitable. The average cost of a quick ride through the center is about 3.80 PLN – cheaper than a takeaway coffee.

Our fleet consists of 156 solid city bikes. Each is checked by our 7 technicians at least once every 11 days. We make sure chains are greased and brakes are sharp. We know Łódź roads can be various, so we chose reinforced rims and puncture-resistant tires. A bike ready in a minute is our standard, not an empty promise.

Sometimes you need to stop at the bakery on the way. That's when the pause function comes in handy. You lock the bike, do your shopping, and no one else will rent it. The meter then beats much slower, so you don't waste your budget standing in line. This is an honest approach that 83 people already appreciated in the last quarter alone. If you have any questions about your account status, we reply to emails within 3-5 hours on business days.

Heads-up: Remember to always plug the bike into the electronic lock at the station. Only then will the system correctly end your session and stop charging. If the station is full, use the security cable – the Cryptoreporter system will recognize this automatically thanks to GPS trackers mounted in each vehicle.
